It is very easy to integrate Intercom with Freshdesk. Here’s a short tutorial on how to do it:
- Go to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.
- Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.
- Subsequently, tap 'App Store' to proceed.
- Search for 'Freshdesk' and then select it from the recommended matches.
- Following that, click 'Install Now'.
- Tap 'Authorize Access' to agree to the terms and grant the necessary permissions.
- Enter your Freshdesk Domain and Freshdesk API Key into their respective input fields. Once done, tap 'Send'.
- After completing these steps, your Intercom account will be integrated with Freshdesk.
