Celebrating the world’s best interactive demos

Got an interactive demo that'd make Stanley put down his crossword and applaud?

After our first season sent a winner to Paris (sorry Toby, still not invited), Demo Dundies season 2 is back to give your interactive demos the spotlight they deserve.

This time around, the stakes are higher, the competition fiercer, and unlike Kevin's famous chili recipe, your hard work won't end up on the office carpet. So channel your inner Dundie winner energy and show us what you've got!

How to participate

Step 1

Build a demo on Storylane

If you're new here, don't worry - you can build it for free. Get set go on building that winning demo!
Step 2

Nominate demo in desired category

You can participate in a maximum of 2 categories. Both entries can be of the same demo or different demo for each category.
Step 3

Bag brownie points with a video

Feeling lucky? Post a video on Linkedin saying why you're participating in Demo Dundies and what it'd mean to win. Don't forget to use #DemoDundies
Step 4

Sit back and wait to be crowned champion

Finalists in each category are chosen by an expert panel. Public votes then determine the winner in each category. Let the campaigns begin!
Whether you’re a Storylane customer or not.
Just make sure it's built on Storylane!

First impressions matter and yours should hit harder than Jim's best prank reveal. This category celebrates the opening screens that grab attention faster than Pretzel Day for Stanley.
Turning features into narratives that captivate better than Michael's "Threat Level Midnight" screenplay. This category rewards demos that weave compelling stories users actually want to follow.
Got a demo moment that stops users in their tracks like Dwight's fire drill? This award goes to the most creative way to break expectations and keep audiences hooked.
We're looking for demos that are visually stunning. This category celebrates demos that deserve to hang in the finer things club alongside Pam's most cherished watercolors.
Some demo collections are more organized than Dwight's filing system and more impressive than Michael's trophy case. Show us your most comprehensive and well-curated demo showcase.
We want to see Storylane used in ways that would make even Ryan's wild business ideas look conventional. This category rewards the rule-breakers who found ways to use Storylane that even we didn't know were possible.
Let’s face it - a lot goes into creating killer demos.
Yet, they don’t always get the recognition they deserve.
If you’re lucky, your demo will probably get a shoutout on the team Slack.

FAQ
Is the Demo Dundies a virtual event?
Yes! You can watch the Demo Dundies from the comfort of your pajamas.
Which demos are eligible for nomination?
Any interactive demo created on Storylane within the last year. No account yet? Start for free and maybe your demo will be the next Threat Level Midnight.
How are the winners selected?
Winners are determined by a combination of public votes and an expert panel.
How many categories can I nominate myself in?
You can nominate your demos in up to 2 categories.
Do I have to pay a fee to participate?
No, Demo Dundies is a free-to-attend event. The only fee you’ll be paying is probably having an amazing time ;)
Why can't I submit a demo built on a different platform?
We require all demos to be built on Storylane to maintain consistent judging standards. Different platforms have varying capabilities and features, making it impossible to compare demos fairly across platforms.
