It is very easy to integrate Dialogflow CX with a webhook. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it:
- On the main dashboard of Dialogflow CX, go to the left-side panel and click the 'Manage' tab.
- Choose 'Webhooks' from the list of options.
- After that, click 'Create New'.
- Find the 'Disabled' option, then switch on the toggle button beside it.
- Subsequently, fill out the input fields with the required information related to the integration.
- Finally, click 'Save' to enable the integration between your Dialogflow CX account and webhook.
