It is very easy to integrate Dialogflow CX with Telephony. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it:
- Head over to the left-side panel, then click the 'Manage' tab.
- Select 'Integrations' from the list of options.
- Under the One-Click Telephony section, select the app you want to use and tap its corresponding 'Connect' button.
- Come up with a unique display name for the integration, then enter it into the provided input field.
- Subsequently, specify your preferred 'Environment' and 'Language'.
- Finally, click 'Add' and then log in to your account. Once connected, you can now configure the connection settings based on your preference.
