Creating a form in Monday.com is a great way to collect data directly into your boards, such as feedback, project requests, or task submissions. Here’s how to do it:

  1. On the board, click the add icon located at the top of the board next to the Main table.
  2. From the dropdown menu, choose 'Form' under the 'Views' section.
  3. Click 'Build form'.
  4. Once the form is created, you'll be able to customize it based on the columns of your board.
  5. Click on the 'Preview' button to see how the form will look to those filling it out.
  6. You can make adjustments based on how the form appears in the preview.
  7. Once you're satisfied with your form, click 'Publish'.
  8. You can share your form in several ways by clicking the 'Copy link' or 'Share via Social'.
  9. By following these steps, you can quickly create and share forms in Monday.com to collect and manage data efficiently.
