It is very easy to build a chatbot using Dialogflow CX prebuilt agents. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do it:
- Head over to the top-right corner and click 'Use Prebuilt Agents'.
- After that, select your preferred preset from the available choices.
- Tap 'Import As Agent' to proceed.
- Subsequently, fill out the input fields with the required information.
- Once done, click 'Create'.
- Finally, a chatbox will be created based on the selected Dialogflow CX prebuilt agent. Use the available options within the workspace to make your desired adjustments.
